預防
1.管理好傳染源
由于我國已經發(fā)現(xiàn)輸入性病例，所以登革熱病的預防應加強邊境檢疫，對于來自疫區(qū)的人員必須出示有效的預防接種證書，以防止該病傳入我國。對來自登革熱病流行區(qū)的人員開展體溫檢測、醫(yī)學巡查、流行病學調查和醫(yī)學檢查，重點關注有發(fā)熱、黃疸等癥狀人員。
2.切斷傳播途徑
防蚊、滅蚊是防止本病的重點措施。
3.保護易感人群
17D登革熱病減毒活疫苗。一次皮內接種0.5ml，7～9天即可產生有效的免疫力并可持續(xù)達10年以上。在進入疫區(qū)、已知或預測有登革熱病疫情活動的區(qū)域，對9個月以上的兒童應常規(guī)進行預防接種。但不宜用于4個月以下的嬰兒，因接種后發(fā)生神經系統(tǒng)的并發(fā)癥幾乎均為小于4個月的嬰兒。
噬肉菌，又稱為食肉菌，食肉菌并非單一細菌，而是指由不同細菌引發(fā)的壞死性筋膜炎，是對于鏈球菌或者能造成肌肉組織損壞的菌類總稱。諸如A型鏈球菌和金黃色葡萄球菌等細菌能夠通過患者的表皮傷口、淋巴等感染患者的皮膚組織。
因這些病菌感染皮下的筋膜引起發(fā)炎，臨床病程快速而嚴重，死亡率高，所以才被冠上嚇人的“食肉菌”名稱。

存在逾百年 菌名很嚇人
奪命食肉菌近年漸為港人注意，這種離奇疾病，其實一直在人類歷*存在。直至近10年，多名名人先后受感染，病菌又被媒體冠上嚇人的“食肉菌”名稱，食肉菌始受注目。
早在公元前5世紀，希臘名醫(yī)希波克拉底已曾描述食肉菌的癥狀，令食肉菌*走進人類文獻。1884年，法國病理學大師巴斯德（LouisPasteur）再進一步發(fā)現(xiàn)一名女性身上出現(xiàn)食肉菌的蹤跡，成為現(xiàn)代同類文獻的。
不過，在過去百年，即使該病菌毒性劇烈，但因較為罕見，一直沒有引起外界注意。直到1990年代中后期，媒體為該菌冠上“食肉菌”（flesh-eating bacteria）“惡名”后，此菌才備受關注。
曾感染該病的名人，除了加拿大魁北克省前省長Lucien Bouchard外，還有今年只有44歲的諾爾物理學獎得主EricAllinCornell.
