澳大利亞Panbio登革熱試劑
蚊子(mosquito),屬于昆蟲綱雙翅目蚊科,約有3000種。是一種具有刺吸式口器的纖小飛蟲。通常雌性以血液作為食物,而雄性則吸食植物的汁液。吸血的雌蚊是登革熱、瘧疾、黃熱病、絲蟲病、日本腦炎等其他病原體的中間寄主。除南極洲外各大陸皆有蚊子的分布。其中,以按蚊屬、伊蚊屬和庫蚊屬zui為著名。
形態(tài)特征
昆蟲身體和腳皆細(xì)長。蚊子是多細(xì)胞生物。大小隨種類不同,不過大部分小于15mm。體重約為2~2.5mg,一條后腿僅重約0.25mg。蚊子有22顆牙齒。只有一對翅膀,另一對退化為平衡桿。飛行速度約為每小時1.5到2.5公里,一般蚊子飛行時每秒翅膀震動594次左右;這樣的振動,使我們在蚊子飛行時會聽到“嗡嗡”的聲音??谄鳛榇涛?,像一根極細(xì)的注射器針頭。大部分種類雌蚊的口器都適合刺吸血液。蚊體表覆蓋形狀及顏色不同的鱗片,使蚊體呈不同的顏色。這是鑒別蚊類的重要依據(jù)之一。翅脈上也有鱗片,翅后緣有緣鱗。多為夜行性動物。
頭部:似半球形,有復(fù)眼和觸角各1 對,喙1 支。觸角(Antenna)有15 節(jié):*節(jié)稱柄節(jié)(Scape),第二節(jié)稱梗節(jié)(Torus),第三節(jié)以后各節(jié)均細(xì)長稱鞭節(jié)(Flagellum)。各鞭節(jié)輪生一圈毛,雌蚊的輪毛短而稀,雄蚊的輪毛長而密。在雌蚊觸角上,除輪毛外,還有另一類是短毛,分布在每一鞭節(jié)上,這些短毛對空氣中化學(xué)物質(zhì)的變化產(chǎn)生反應(yīng),對二氧化碳、乳酸等化合物和濕度尤其敏感,起尋找吸血對象作用的是短毛,而不是復(fù)眼。
登革熱:分前胸、中胸和后胸,每胸節(jié)有足1 對,中胸有翅1 對,后胸有1 對平衡棒,中胸、后胸各有氣門 1 對。中胸特別發(fā)達(dá),其背板幾乎占據(jù)全胸背,由前而后依次為盾片、小盾片及后背片。庫蚊和伊蚊的小盾片呈葉狀,緣毛在凸葉上,按蚊的小盾片后緣呈弧形,緣毛分布均勻。蚊翅窄長,膜質(zhì)。翅脈簡單,縱脈(V)2 .4 .5 各分兩支,其余縱脈均不分支。翅脈上覆蓋鱗片,翅的后緣有較長的鱗片,稱翅繸。翅鱗可形成麻點(diǎn)、斑點(diǎn)或條紋,在按蚊的分類方面是一重要依據(jù)。蚊足細(xì)長,分別稱前足、中足和后足。足上常有鱗片形成的黑白斑點(diǎn)和環(huán)紋,為蚊種分類特征之一。
腹部:分11 節(jié),*節(jié)不易查見;2~8 節(jié)明顯可見,有的蚊種在其背面具有由淡色鱗片組成的淡色橫帶、縱條或斑;zui末3 節(jié)變?yōu)橥獾歉餆崞?。雌蚊腹部末端有尾須一對,雄蚊則為鉗狀的抱器,構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,是鑒別蚊種的重要依據(jù)。
