單極滑觸線，單極安全滑觸線，安全滑觸線具體的安裝流程如下：
一、安裝角鋼支架
用螺栓或焊接方式按規(guī)定間距把角鋼支架固定在行車道軌墊板上（用壓板螺栓壓緊，或焊接在墊板上）。必須保證支架在整個線上的平直，角鋼的伸出尺寸*，角鋼要平行不能歪斜。
Fix angle steel brackets on track rail tie-plate as per specified spacing by using bolt or welding method （press it tightly by using follower bolt, or weld it on tie-plate）. It is essential to ensure that brackets are straight on the whole line, extruding dimensions of angle steel are identical and angle steels should be paralleled with each other rather than inclined.
二、把懸掛架安裝在角鋼支架上
此時螺母不要擰緊，待調(diào)整好后再擰緊，重型線的掛架已安裝在導(dǎo)線上。
Tighten nut after completion of readjusting rather than tighten nut immediay. Suspensions of heavy-duty line have been installed on conductive wire.
三、安裝滑觸線及接頭
把滑觸線裝入懸掛架的卡口內(nèi)卡住。四根滑觸線裝好后調(diào)平，旋緊掛架的螺母。把接頭裝入*組滑觸線的另一端，同樣方法安裝第二組滑觸線。用接頭將兩根滑觸線聯(lián)接好，裝上接頭護套，將滑觸線調(diào)平、固緊。依次裝好全部滑觸線。注意接頭處應(yīng)平滑，間隙<0.5mm
Install and clamp sliding-contact wire in bayonet of suspension. After installation and leveling of four pieces of sliding-contact wire, screw nut of suspension tightly. Fix connector into the other end of the first group of sliding-contact wires, and install the second group of sliding-contact wires in accordance with the same method. Connect two pieces of sliding-contact wire by connector, install connector sheath, level and fasten sliding-contact wire. Install all sliding-contact wires in proper order. Make sure to keep smoothness at joints and spacing<0.5mm.
四、安裝動力輸入段
安裝預(yù)先設(shè)計好的輸電方式安裝動力輸入段，一定要旋緊，再裝上護罩。
Install power input section as per the power transmission method that has been designed in advance, and make sure to screw it tightly before installation of protection cover.
五、裝護套固定夾
按照設(shè)計方案安裝固定夾，一線二個（四孔夾）。
Install retaining clip as per design, two clips for each wire （four-hole clip）.
六、膨脹段和檢修段的安裝
方法同接頭的安裝，其他位置應(yīng)按設(shè)計方案定。
The method is identical with installation of connector, and other positions are to be determined as per design.
七、裝端套
在滑觸線的兩頭安裝端套，也可在吊掛前先裝上。
Install potheads on both ends of sliding-contact wire, it is also allowed to install before suspension.
八、檢查
整條滑觸線安裝好后應(yīng)認(rèn)真檢查，滑觸線是否平直，間距是否*，懸掛架是否旋緊。接頭處是否平滑。
After completion of installation of the whole sliding-contact wire, it is necessary to inspect carefully whether sliding-contact wire is straight, whether spaces are identical, whether suspension is screwed tightly, and whether joints are smooth.
九、安裝集電器及其支架
滑觸線安裝好后，即可安裝集電器，按照高度尺寸H（支架中心到滑靴上平面的高度尺寸）和觸靴端中心略高些的要求，把支架焊接在移動的設(shè)備上，再將集電器依次安裝到集電器支架上旋緊固定。檢查觸靴是否轉(zhuǎn)動靈活，與導(dǎo)線的接觸是否良好，否則應(yīng)進行調(diào)整。
After installation of sliding-contact wire, proceed with installation of current collector, in accordance with height dimension H （height from bracket center to upper surface of contact slipper） and requirement that the center of contact slipper side should be slightly higher, weld bracket on equipment, then install current collectors in proper order on collector bracket and screw tightly. Inspect whether contact slipper turns flexibly, whether the contact with conductive wire is good, otherwise it is necessary to adjust.
十、集電器的電纜線與用電設(shè)備的電纜線接好
注意在接線前，應(yīng)按常規(guī)檢查電機的各項絕緣要求是否符合要求，若出現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)檢修或更換。
Before wire connection, make sure to inspect whether insulation requirements of electric motor are met, in case of abnormity, it is necessary to inspect, repair or replace.
十一、接電源
把電源線牢固的接在動力輸入段上，注意壓緊。
Connect power supply line firmly on power input section, and make sure to press tightly.
十二、試車
先應(yīng)空載試車，往復(fù)運行幾個來回，若無異常即可投入負(fù)荷試車，觀察電壓、電流是否正常，若有異常應(yīng)立即停車，切斷電源，進行檢查，故障排除后再投入運行。
Firstly, it is necessary to conduct trial run for several times of reciprocating operation under no load, proceed with under-load trial run if there is no abnormity, observe whether voltage and current are normal, shut down immediay in case of abnormity, disconnect power supply and inspect, and proceed with operation again after elimination of malfunctions.
