異步電動機的制動方法一般有兩類:機械制動和電氣制動。機械制動常用的方法有:電磁抱閘和電磁離合器制動。常用的制動方法有能耗制動、反接制動和回饋制動反接制動的優(yōu)點是:制動力強,制動迅速。缺點是:制動準確性差,制動過程中沖擊強烈,易損壞傳動零件,制動能量消耗大,不宜經(jīng)常制動。因此反接制動一般適用于制動要求迅速、系統(tǒng)慣性較大,不經(jīng)常啟動與制動的場合能耗制動的優(yōu)點是制動準確、平穩(wěn),且能量消耗較小。缺點是需附加直流電源裝置,設備費用較高,制動力較弱,在低速時制動力矩小。所以,能耗制動一般用于要求制動準確、平穩(wěn)的場合。回饋制動是一種比較經(jīng)濟的制動方法。制動時不需改變線路即可從電動運行狀態(tài)自動地轉入發(fā)電制動狀態(tài),把機械能轉換成電能再回饋到電網(wǎng),節(jié)能*。缺點是應用范圍較窄,僅當電動機轉速大于同步轉速時才能實現(xiàn)發(fā)電制動。
