結(jié)構(gòu)特點
1. 泵體
采用中開蝸殼式結(jié)構(gòu)，更換轉(zhuǎn)子部件不用移動電機及管路。可更換式泵體密封環(huán)，確保了泵體與葉輪之間的間隙可控制在要求的公差內(nèi)。水泵效率可得到*保證。
2. 葉輪
采用雙吸式結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，平衡了軸向力，葉輪按IS01940 標準進行靜平衡與動平衡，高揚程泵葉輪可增加葉輪密封環(huán)。
3. 軸承
臥式安裝的泵，兩端軸承可采用油脂潤滑球軸承，也可用稀油潤滑。
立式安裝的泵，上端軸承采用油脂潤滑球軸承，下端軸承采用介質(zhì)潤滑的碳化硅耐磨滑動軸承。
4. 密封
可采用非冷卻式的填料或非冷卻式單端面非平衡機械密封，符合DIN24960 標準，可雙向旋轉(zhuǎn)。特殊要求時可采用雙端面機械密封，壓力大于16bar 的泵，采用平衡型密封。
5. 安裝方式
臥式或立式。
