【摘要】：以聚丙烯酸功能化的Cd S:Mn量子點(diǎn)為熒光探針,基于核酸對(duì)量子點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度的熒光猝滅,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)DNA的定量測(cè)定.在p H=6.6條件下,功能化量子點(diǎn)的熒光強(qiáng)度和小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的濃度(0.20~1.50 mg/L)成線性關(guān)系,線性方程為ΔF=173.99-62.02c,檢出限為0.037 mg/L,相關(guān)系數(shù)R=0.999 4,RSD為1.28%(n=5).此方法、選擇性好.
