SC8002擁有超寬范圍輸出電壓,可支持從2.7V到30V應(yīng)用范圍,滿足客戶從1-6節(jié)鋰電池的不同需求,SC8802同事采用業(yè)界*10V驅(qū)動器電壓,充分利用外置功率管以達(dá)到的轉(zhuǎn)換效率。
sc8802采用電流模式控制升壓、降壓或者升降壓,并可用外部電阻調(diào)節(jié)開關(guān)頻率,電池電壓設(shè)置值以及輸入輸出限流值,大限度的在滿足不同應(yīng)用需求的簡化設(shè)計(jì)。
sc8802支持雙向輸出,通過DIP管腳即可輕松控制工作方向,它同事支持包括輸入限流,輸出限流,動態(tài)輸入功率的調(diào)節(jié),內(nèi)部電流限流,輸出過呀保護(hù),短路保護(hù)以及過溫保護(hù)等一系列保護(hù)功能以確保系統(tǒng)能使用各種異常情況。

UPD300 SoC chip target at newest USB interface solution which integrate both Type-C interface controller and Power Delivery controller. The chip fully meets the relevant spec. within the USB 3.1 standard set defined by the USB_IF.
The UPD300 SoC chip provides a flexible programmable architecture that allows for continuous firmware upgrading to meet future standard updates. It integrates all necessary digital logic and analog circuits to achieve the Type-C interface detection and control, power delivery packet BMC Encoding/Decoding in PHY layer, and PD packet Transmit/Receive state control in protocol layer. It also integrates a high performance MCU core to implement the upper device policy management and the system configuration management. By using this architecture, UPD300 can achieve a complete PD/Type-C system, including the SRC/SNK/DRP interface mode control management and the corresponding PD message interaction. UPD300 also provides the necessary external communication interface to support interaction with higher level systems.
UPD300 SoC chip also integrate more system level function module, reduces board BOM material requirement. Combined with the flexible customized firmware, customer can easily deploy the USB PD/Type-C system in various system products, greatly shorten the development cycle and cost.
