對(duì)于定點(diǎn)廠家供應(yīng)的F-40材料，應(yīng)依據(jù)供方質(zhì)保書或檢測(cè)報(bào)告驗(yàn)收，并進(jìn)行定期委外制樣或檢測(cè)。
For fixed-point manufacturers supply F-40 materials, should be based on the supplier quality assurance or inspection report acceptance, and regular outsourcing sample or detection.
5 包裝
5 packaging
F-40材料應(yīng)內(nèi)用聚乙烯塑料薄膜包裝，外再用木桶或鐵桶密封包裝。每袋凈重25kg。
F-40 material should be used in polyethylene plastic film packaging, and outer barrel or drum sealing packing. Net weight per bag 25kg.

每批F-40材料應(yīng)附有質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)單，每桶樹脂應(yīng)有合格證，并標(biāo)明：制造廠名、制造日期、生產(chǎn)批號(hào)、產(chǎn)品名稱、質(zhì)量等級(jí)、產(chǎn)品型號(hào)、毛重、凈重。
Each batch of F-40 materials should be accompanied by the quality inspection report, a barrel of resin should have certificate, and indicate the manufacturer, production date, batch number, product name, product type, quality grade, gross weight and net weight.
