5.1 檢驗(yàn)方法及要求

5.1.1 對(duì)于定點(diǎn)廠家供應(yīng)的工業(yè)凡士林，產(chǎn)品性能穩(wěn)定，作隔批抽檢。

5.1.2 對(duì)于新廠家供應(yīng)的工業(yè)凡士林，應(yīng)每批抽檢，連續(xù)5次抽樣均合格，轉(zhuǎn)隔批抽檢。

產(chǎn)品進(jìn)廠時(shí)，隨貨應(yīng)有材料生產(chǎn)廠家質(zhì)量保證書或質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)單，*供貨時(shí)，必須附有法定部門的型式試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。正常供貨時(shí)，每年應(yīng)提供一次法定部門的型式試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。
