一、產(chǎn)品簡介：
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)號：Q/12YJ4214-2004，6251聚酰亞胺薄膜F46膠帶是由聚酰亞胺薄膜單面或雙面涂以F46膠，經(jīng)干燥分切而成的膠帶，該膠帶適用于做電工導(dǎo)線繞色H級絕緣材料，在350-380°C經(jīng)半分鐘熔融成型。
二、產(chǎn)品參數(shù)：
1.外觀：膠帶干爽平整、無氣泡、無雜質(zhì)
2.尺寸
1）長度；膠帶每卷、盤的長度不小于300m，段數(shù)不多于4段，其中zui短段長度不小于10m
2）寬度：膠帶的寬度及允許偏差為10±0.5mm、15±0.5mm、20±1mm、25±1mm，根據(jù)用戶需求可供應(yīng)其它寬度規(guī)格的膠帶
3）厚度、膠帶的標(biāo)稱厚度及允許偏差：根據(jù)用戶的需求可供各種厚度的膠帶，允許偏差為±0.006mm，或按用戶需求供應(yīng)。

包裝、標(biāo)志、貯存和運(yùn)輸
1、膠帶卷、盤應(yīng)卷在內(nèi)徑40mm左右的管芯上，然后裝在塑料袋內(nèi)，封好袋口，再裝入內(nèi)襯防潮紙的木箱或干燥潔凈的紙箱內(nèi)。
2、每一包裝中應(yīng)附有產(chǎn)品檢驗合格證，箱體上應(yīng)標(biāo)明產(chǎn)品名稱；規(guī)格批號、毛重、凈重、生產(chǎn)日期、生產(chǎn)廠名稱及“防潮”“防沖擊”等字樣。
3、該膠帶從生產(chǎn)之日起貯存期為半年，超過貯存期按本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行檢驗，合格者仍可使用。
4、膠帶應(yīng)貯存在避光、干燥、潔凈、通風(fēng)良好的庫房中。
5、膠帶運(yùn)輸時，應(yīng)避光、防潮、不得重壓、摔打和機(jī)械損傷。

6251 Polyimide Film Adhesive Tape F46
Standard No: Q/12YJ4214-2004
Applicable Range: This product is the tape with ground of polyimide film manufactured by "doctor-blading process", single surface or double surfaces covered with glue F46, and processed after drying and cutting. The tape is applicable for acting as grade Hinsulating material of electrical wire lapping. It takes into its shape through melting at 350-380℃ over ten minutes.
1.Technological requirement:
1.1 Appearance: The tape is dry, smooth as well as free from any bubble or impurity, etc.
1.2 Dimension:
1)Length: The length of every roll of tape is not less than 300m and the number of sections is no more than 4.
2)Width and allowable deviation of tape is 10mm±0.5mm，15mm±0.5mm，20mm±1mm，and 25mm±1mm. Tape with other width specifications can be offered according to the requirements of customer.
3)Nominal thickness and allowable deviation: thickness range 0.03mm -- 0.10mm, allowable deviation is ±0.005mm -- ±0.006mm, or supply will be done according to the requirements of customer.
