一、適用范圍
本產(chǎn)品適用于電子計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)及控制系統(tǒng)，或抗干擾性
能要求較高的檢測裝置和儀器儀表的連接。

二、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
TICW/06-2009參照采用英國BS5308標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

三、使用特性
1、交流額定電壓Uo/U:300/500V; 電纜導(dǎo)體長期允許**工作溫度:聚氯乙烯絕緣分70℃、105℃兩種:聚乙烯絕緣為70℃:交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣為90C(絕緣交聯(lián)類型可分為硅烷交聯(lián)和輻照交聯(lián))。
2、**環(huán)境溫度:固定敷設(shè)-40℃;非固定敷設(shè)-15℃。安裝敷設(shè)時環(huán)境溫度:不低于0℃
3、電纜允許最小彎曲半徑:金屬帶繞包屏蔽或鋼絲、鋼帶鎧裝電纜不小于電纜外徑的12倍:非鎧裝軟電纜或編織屏蔽電纜不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
Performance for Usage
1: AC rated voltageU./U: 300/500V. Long term work- ing temperatureof cable conductor is 70℃ & 105℃ for cable with PVC insulation,70℃ for cable with PE insula-tion and 90℃ for cable with XLPEinsulation.(XLPE insu- lation includes silane XLPE & irradiationXLPE insulation.)
2: Min. environment temperature is -40℃ for fixed laying and-15℃for non-fixed laying. Environment tem-perature shall be no lessthan 0℃ for installing.
3: Min.bending radius allowed by cable is no less than 6 timesthat of cable OD for non-armored soft cable or braided shieldingcable and 12 times that of cable OD for cable with metallic tapewrapped shielding or steel wire/steel tape armor.

阻燃型電纜在基本型號前分別加“ZRA-"“ZRB-"、“ZRC或ZR"表示即可。

Y means PE extruded insulation or sheath
V means PVC extruded insulation or sheath
YJ means XLPE extruded insulation
Flame retardant performance category:
ZRA: category A (the best)
ZRB: category B
ZRC & ZR: category C
Prefix“ZRA-"、“ZRB-"、“ZRC or ZR"is added tothe original type of fiame retardant cable.

3、電纜應(yīng)經(jīng)受工頻交流電壓試驗:1500V/1min絕緣不發(fā)生擊穿,試驗溫度為環(huán)境溫度
Cable shall endure A.C. voltage test of 1500V under powerfrequency for 1min without puncture of insulation. And testingtemperature is environment temperature.
