This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. Antibody specific for NAG has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated NAG. A competitive inhibition reaction is launched between NAG (Standards or samples) and HRP-conjugated NAG with the pre-coated antibody specific for NAG. The more amount of NAG in samples, the less antibody bound by HRP-conjugated NAG. Following a wash to remove人N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)ELISA Kit any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in opposite to the amount of NAG in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
