【預(yù)期用途】

尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿，是導(dǎo)致吸煙成癮的物質(zhì)動(dòng)因，也是評(píng)價(jià)人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標(biāo)。但因?yàn)槟峁哦“胨テ诙?，無(wú)法作為標(biāo)志物檢測(cè)，其代謝物可替寧因?yàn)榘胨テ陂L(zhǎng)作為吸煙和戒煙的標(biāo)志物。

本品采用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術(shù)，用于快速定性檢測(cè)人體唾液中的可替寧，適用于評(píng)價(jià)煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。

【主要組成成份】

• 可替寧檢測(cè)試劑盒（40人份）：每人份鋁箔袋單獨(dú)包裝。其中試劑盒由金標(biāo)可替寧單克隆抗體、可替寧-BSA結(jié)合物、羊抗兔IgG多克隆抗體、硝酸纖維素膜、聚酯纖維素膜、塑料背襯、塑料模板組成。
• 一次性滅菌唾液取樣棒（40人份）
• 唾液收集器（40人份）
• 使用說(shuō)明書(shū)（1份）

• 【檢驗(yàn)方法】

• 撕開(kāi)鋁箔袋，取出試劑，應(yīng)在1小時(shí)內(nèi)盡快使用。
• 拿出一次性唾液收集器。（步驟1）
• 手持收集器蓋帽使海綿頭含入口中，直至海綿頭吸滿液體（膨脹變軟）。（步驟2）
• 將海綿頭放回收集器并擰緊蓋帽，使所含樣本流入收集器下端。（步驟3）
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺(tái)面上，同時(shí)打開(kāi)滴樣孔蓋帽。（步驟4）
• 擠壓收集器上端管壁，垂直滴加2滴無(wú)空氣泡的唾液（約100ul）于加樣孔（S）中。(步驟5)
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，3-5分鐘時(shí)直接觀察結(jié)果，10分鐘后判定無(wú)效。

益生菌是有生物活性的細(xì)菌，益生元主要是無(wú)生物活性的糖類(lèi)物質(zhì)。
