【預(yù)期用途】

尼古丁(Nicotine)是煙草中的主要生物堿，是導(dǎo)致吸煙成癮的物質(zhì)動(dòng)因，也是評(píng)價(jià)人體攝入煙草煙霧的常用指標(biāo)。但因?yàn)槟峁哦“胨テ诙蹋瑹o(wú)法作為標(biāo)志物檢測(cè)，其代謝物可替寧因?yàn)榘胨テ陂L(zhǎng)作為吸煙和戒煙的標(biāo)志物。

本品采用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)抑制法和膠體金免疫層析技術(shù)，用于快速定性檢測(cè)人體唾液中的可替寧，適用于評(píng)價(jià)煙草煙霧攝入的初步篩查。

【主要組成成份】

• 可替寧檢測(cè)試劑盒（40人份）：每人份鋁箔袋單獨(dú)包裝。其中試劑盒由金標(biāo)可替寧單克隆抗體、可替寧-BSA結(jié)合物、羊抗兔IgG多克隆抗體、硝酸纖維素膜、聚酯纖維素膜、塑料背襯、塑料模板組成。
• 一次性滅菌唾液取樣棒（40人份）
• 唾液收集器（40人份）
• 使用說(shuō)明書(shū)（1份）

• 【檢驗(yàn)方法】

• 撕開(kāi)鋁箔袋，取出試劑，應(yīng)在1小時(shí)內(nèi)盡快使用。
• 拿出一次性唾液收集器。（步驟1）
• 手持收集器蓋帽使海綿頭含入口中，直至海綿頭吸滿(mǎn)液體（膨脹變軟）。（步驟2）
• 將海綿頭放回收集器并擰緊蓋帽，使所含樣本流入收集器下端。（步驟3）
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺(tái)面上，同時(shí)打開(kāi)滴樣孔蓋帽。（步驟4）
• 擠壓收集器上端管壁，垂直滴加2滴無(wú)空氣泡的唾液（約100ul）于加樣孔（S）中。(步驟5)
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，3-5分鐘時(shí)直接觀察結(jié)果，10分鐘后判定無(wú)效。

益生元的主要功效是促進(jìn)腸道有益菌的繁殖，增減少有害菌，優(yōu)化菌群平衡，從而維持健康，益生元還可以減少代謝性?xún)?nèi)毒素，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，誘導(dǎo)腸道L細(xì)胞分泌GLP-2，GLP-2 能夠改善腸道屏障功能及腸道通透性。
此外，益生元還具有以下作用：
一、緩解便秘
很多益生元為在大腸中發(fā)酵的碳水化合物。通過(guò)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生腸氣體來(lái)增大腸體積從而縮短了消化物在腸中的逗留時(shí)間。一定程度上有助于緩解便秘現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。此功效已經(jīng)如食用纖維的功效一樣被很好的證實(shí)了。
二、降低腸道pH值
一些腸道疾細(xì)菌的特征都是有過(guò)細(xì)菌的腸道pH值所導(dǎo)致。降低pH可以降低這些疾細(xì)菌的發(fā)生概率。
三、調(diào)理腸道菌群平衡
在使用抗生素或其它藥物（非抗生素類(lèi)）、腹瀉、壓力后，通過(guò)對(duì)某類(lèi)特定菌群的選擇性的刺激，益生元可以幫助宿主恢復(fù)腸道內(nèi)的菌群平衡。
四、預(yù)防直腸癌
一些研究表明，許多蛋白質(zhì)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物會(huì)提細(xì)菌患直腸癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。所以蛋白質(zhì)發(fā)酵的減少可以降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。而且碳水化合物發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物可能有降低直腸癌發(fā)細(xì)菌的可能。
同樣的，細(xì)菌的降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)效應(yīng)是通過(guò)改變新陳代謝而不是某類(lèi)細(xì)菌來(lái)獲得。
