以急性發(fā)熱性呼吸道癥狀為特征的退伍軍人癥是由吸入含有嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌的霧化水引起的。嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌血清組1zui常從患者中分離（1,2）。
IMMUNOCATCHTM軍團(tuán)菌（Legionella）是一種側(cè)流免疫層析法，可通過快速可靠地檢測尿樣中的抗原，對(duì)嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌血清型1感染進(jìn)行早期診斷。

原理

本產(chǎn)品是一種試劑盒，設(shè)計(jì)用于免疫層析法檢測尿樣中嗜肺軍團(tuán)菌血清型1 LPS抗原。
當(dāng)樣品通過毛細(xì)作用遷移通過結(jié)合墊時(shí)，樣品中的軍團(tuán)菌抗原與綴合至膠體顆粒的抗軍團(tuán)菌抗體結(jié)合形成抗原 - 抗體復(fù)合物?？乖?- 抗體復(fù)合物在試紙條上遷移，與固定在膜上的抗軍團(tuán)菌抗體特異性結(jié)合而產(chǎn)生紅線。然后通過肉眼觀察紅線的存在來確定軍團(tuán)菌抗原的存在。
此外，抗-Legionella抗體偶聯(lián)的膠體金在反應(yīng)中不被消耗，與固定在對(duì)照線上的抗免疫球蛋白抗體結(jié)合產(chǎn)生紅線，表明在測試條上的反應(yīng)是成功的。

【包裝規(guī)格】20T/盒

【檢測方法】

1）從鋁袋中取出所需數(shù)量的磁帶，并將它們放在水平面上。

2）使用定量移液器慢慢地吸取90μL或更多的樣品。 通過一次移液操作，將全部樣品滴入盒子的樣品位置。 滴下后，剩余的標(biāo)本留在吸管內(nèi)。

3）在室溫（15-30°C）下將盒子放置15分鐘，

4）檢查盒子評(píng)估地點(diǎn)是否有線（標(biāo)有“C”和“T”）。

結(jié)果

應(yīng)該在反應(yīng)開始15分鐘后及時(shí)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。 檢查評(píng)估地點(diǎn)，并通過下面描述的紅線來評(píng)估結(jié)果。
1）正面：紅色控制線和測試線均在評(píng)估現(xiàn)場。 當(dāng)兩條線在反應(yīng)時(shí)間結(jié)束之前出現(xiàn)時(shí)結(jié)果是肯定的。
2）否定的：評(píng)估地點(diǎn)只有一條紅色的控制線。
3）無效：無論控制線是否存在，無論是否存在測試線，測試均無效。

改變腸道菌群有兩種途徑，即添加益生菌或益生元。益生元與益生菌都會(huì)影響腸道菌群的平衡，但影響的方式*不同。益生元（Prebiotics）與益生菌（Probiotics）雖然只有一字之差，其實(shí)他們有本質(zhì)上的區(qū)別：益生元作用于本已存在于腸內(nèi)的菌群，而益生菌是外部添加的細(xì)菌。除了這點(diǎn)區(qū)別，還應(yīng)該注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
1、成分上的不同
益生菌是有生物活性的細(xì)菌，益生元主要是無生物活性的糖類物質(zhì)。
益生菌即有益菌，簡單來講，益生菌是指對(duì)人和動(dòng)物有益的細(xì)菌，以雙歧桿菌為代表。益生菌通過調(diào)理腸道菌群，維持腸道菌群的平衡，從而促進(jìn)營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的吸收、提高免疫力、預(yù)防和治療便秘及腹瀉、降低血脂、抑制腸道病源和細(xì)菌微生物的生長，分解致癌物質(zhì)等。人和動(dòng)物體內(nèi)有益的細(xì)菌或真菌主要有：雙歧桿菌、乳酸菌、酪酸梭菌、嗜酸乳桿菌、酵母菌等。
益生元主要是不能被宿主消化吸收的低聚糖類。通俗來講，益生元是不能直接被宿主消化吸收，而是維持益生菌的“養(yǎng)料”， 促進(jìn)益生菌的生長繁殖，或者說是益生菌的專享食物。益生元能夠被腸道內(nèi)有益細(xì)菌分解吸收，促進(jìn)有益細(xì)菌的生長繁殖。例如，異麥芽低聚糖，就是一種能夠促進(jìn)腸道內(nèi)雙歧桿菌等腸道益生菌生長的優(yōu)質(zhì)益生元。
2、作用方式不同
益生元是促進(jìn)腸道有益菌的生長從而發(fā)揮間接作用，益生菌是直接作用。
益生元主要是低聚糖，是以未經(jīng)消化的形式進(jìn)入胃腸道，通過降低PH值，促進(jìn)雙歧桿菌等益生菌的生長，間接地促進(jìn)胃腸道健康和營養(yǎng)素的吸收。
益生菌是外源細(xì)菌，作用更直接。但是，它有較明顯的針對(duì)性，即針對(duì)不同的病因及體質(zhì)，添加不同的菌種，如雙歧桿菌對(duì)胃腸道疾病有顯著功效等。
3、受胃酸環(huán)境的影響不同
人和動(dòng)物體內(nèi)有益的細(xì)菌或真菌主要有：雙歧桿菌、乳酸菌、酪酸梭菌、嗜酸乳桿菌、酵母菌等。
