Panbio Dengo IgG Capture ELISA (E-DEN02G)  

極期
部分患者高熱持續(xù)不緩解，或退熱后病情加重，可因毛細血管通透性增加導致明顯的血漿滲漏。嚴重者可發(fā)生休克及其他重要臟器損傷等。
極期通常出現(xiàn)在病程的第3~8天。出現(xiàn)腹部劇痛、持續(xù)嘔吐等重癥預警指征往往提示極期的開始。
在血漿滲漏發(fā)生前，患者常常表現(xiàn)為進行性白細胞減少以及血小板計數(shù)迅速降低。不同患者血漿滲漏的程度差別很大，如球結(jié)膜水腫、心包積液、胸腔積液和腹水等。紅細胞比容(HCT)升高的幅度常常反映血漿滲漏的嚴重程度。
如果血漿滲漏造成血漿容量嚴重缺乏，患者可發(fā)生休克。長時間休克患者可發(fā)生代謝性酸中毒、多器官功能障礙和彌散性血管內(nèi)凝血。
少數(shù)患者沒有明顯的血漿滲漏表現(xiàn)，但仍可出現(xiàn)嚴重出血(如皮下血腫、消化道出血、銀道出血、顱內(nèi)出血、咯血、肉眼血尿等)。
部分病例可出現(xiàn)胸悶、心悸、頭暈、端坐呼吸，氣促、呼吸困難，頭痛、嘔吐、嗜睡、煩躁、譫妄、抽搐、昏迷、行為異常、頸強直，腰痛、少尿或無尿，黃疸等嚴重臟器損害的表現(xiàn)。
恢復期
極期后的2~3天，患者病情好轉(zhuǎn)，胃腸道癥狀減輕，進入恢復期。部分患者可見針尖樣出血點，下肢多見，可有皮膚瘙癢。白細胞計數(shù)開始上升，血小板計數(shù)逐漸恢復。
多數(shù)患者表現(xiàn)為普通panbio登革熱，可僅有發(fā)熱期和恢復期。少數(shù)患者發(fā)展為重癥panbio登革熱。
重癥panbio登革熱的預警指征：
(一)高危人群
1.二次感染患者;
2.伴有糖尿病、高血壓、冠心病、肝硬化、消化性潰瘍、哮喘、慢阻肺、慢性腎功能不全等基礎疾病者;
3.老人或嬰幼兒;
4.肥胖或嚴重營養(yǎng)不良者;
5.孕婦。
(二)臨床表現(xiàn)
1.退熱后病情惡化;
2.腹部劇痛;
3.持續(xù)嘔吐;
4.胸悶、心悸;
5.嗜睡，煩躁;
6.明顯出血傾向;
7.血漿滲漏征;
8.肝腫大> 2 cm;
9.少尿。

Pole period
Some patients continue to do not relieve fever, or exacerbation after exacerbation, due to increased capillary permeability lead to significant plasma leakage. Severe cases can occur shock and other important organ damage.

Before the occurrence of plasma leakage, patients often show progressive leukopenia and rapid reduction in plaet count. The magnitude of elevated hematocrit (HCT) often reflects the severity of plasma leakage.
If the plasma leakage caused by a serious lack of plasma capacity, patients can occur shock. Long-term shock patients can occur metabolic acidosis, multiple organ dysfunction and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
A small number of patients without significant plasma leakage performance, but there can still be severe bleeding (such as subcutaneous hematoma, gastrointestinal bleeding, silver bleeding, intracranial hemorrhage, hemoptysis, gross hematuria, etc.).
Some cases may occur chest tightness, palpitations, dizziness, diving, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, headache, vomiting, lethargy, irritability, delirium, convulsions, coma, abnormal behavior, neck stiffness, low back pain, oliguria or anuria, jaundice Severe organ damage performance.
Recovery period

Most patients showed normal panbio dengue fever, can only fever and recovery period. A small number of patients develop severe panapio dengue fever.
Severe panbio warning signs of dengue fever:
(A) high-risk groups
1. secondary infection;
2. associated with diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, cirrhosis, peptic ulcer, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic renal insufficiency and other underlying diseases;
Old people or infants
Obesity or severe malnutrition;
5. pregnant women.
(B) clinical manifestations

Continuous vomiting
4. chest tightness, palpitations;

6. obvious bleeding tendency;
7. plasma leakage;
8. hepatomegaly> 2 cm;
9. oliguria.
