有一種現(xiàn)象我們或許都不太在意，那就是家長一般不給搭乘摩托車的小孩佩戴安全頭盔，這使他們幼嫩的頭顱處于沒有任何的保護(hù)之下，一旦受到突如其來的撞擊，極容易受傷。日前，在外環(huán)東路就發(fā)生一起小孩不戴安全頭盔而受傷的交通事故。
7月2日下午6時(shí)許，家住文化廣場一帶的劉女士從學(xué)校接女兒回家，7歲的女兒坐在摩托車后面，當(dāng)橫過馬路的時(shí)候，一名男子騎著摩托車由北往南飛馳而過，躲避不及，正好撞上劉女士母女，母女倆連人帶車被撞翻在地，那名男子也跌到路旁。由于兩名大人都戴有安全頭盔，除了手腳有點(diǎn)皮外傷之外，并無大礙，小女孩就慘了，跌到時(shí)由于頭先著地，又沒有戴頭盔，前額處被撞破了，鮮血直流。后來事情雖然得到妥善解決，但zui令劉女士后悔的是，她不應(yīng)該不給女兒戴上安全頭盔！
如果我們稍微注意，這種現(xiàn)象其實(shí)相當(dāng)普遍，大人們只給自己佩戴安全頭盔，而往往讓小孩光著小腦袋，問及原因，大多數(shù)都說是為了應(yīng)付*的檢查自己才戴的，小孩不戴不挨罰，不要緊。
問題就來了，到底頭盔是為誰而戴？為*還是為小孩自己？
《中華人民共和國道路交通安全法》第五十一條規(guī)定：“摩托車駕駛?cè)思俺俗藨?yīng)當(dāng)按規(guī)定戴安全頭盔”，并在第八十九條規(guī)定了不戴安全頭盔的處罰額度。以法律的形式規(guī)定了人們在駕乘摩托車時(shí)要戴安全頭盔，就是從保護(hù)駕乘人的生命安全這個(gè)角度出發(fā)的，*對違反者的處罰，也是一個(gè)手段，zui終的目的還是要強(qiáng)制我們廣大的交通參與者遵守法規(guī)，注意安全。
