適用于II類、B級、C級T6組以下級別組別的含有危險性氣體混合物的場所中，在交流50Hz、額定電壓380V、額定電流至1000A以下電路，作為連接各種電氣設備接線、分線使用。

BJX51不銹鋼防爆接線箱工作條件：
Working conditions:

B\ ambient air temperature is not higher than +60 ℃, not lower than -40 ℃;
c\空氣相對濕度不大于90%（+20℃時）；

d\垂直安裝傾斜度不大于5°；
D\ vertical installation inclination of not more than 5 °;
e\無明顯搖動和強烈沖擊振動的地方；
E\ had no obvious shaking and strong shock and vibration;
f\無明顯破壞金屬和絕緣腐蝕性氣體和蒸氣的環(huán)境中；

BJX51不銹鋼防爆接線箱結構與特點
Structure and features
a．接線箱按照GB3836.1~3-2000標準要求設計制造，并經(jīng)檢驗機關檢驗合格，頒發(fā)合格證；
A. junction box in accordance with the GB3836.1~3-2000 standard design and manufacture, and by the national designated inspection agencies inspection, awarded certificate;
b．接線箱可采用高強腐不銹鋼板焊接而成，或經(jīng)濟型的鋼板焊接而成，進出線口方向、數(shù)量、端子數(shù)及公稱直徑可根據(jù)用戶要求任意變化，鋼管布線和電纜布線均可，電纜布線須配備電纜夾緊密封接頭。

3、安裝與維修
3, installation and repair
3．1安裝前應檢查銘牌上的技術數(shù)據(jù)是否與實際使用情況相符；
3.1 before installation should check the nameplate on the technical data is consistent with the actual;
3．2檢查所有緊固件是否有松動現(xiàn)象，如有松動應加以緊固；
3.2 check all fasteners are loose, if loose should be tightened;
3．3接線箱的內(nèi)外接地必須良好可靠；
3.3 junction box and grounding must be good and reliable;
3．4安裝時需將電纜穿過密封圈、金屬墊圈、用壓緊螺母壓緊，保證密封及電纜不得松動，不使用的接線口應用密封圈和金屬墊片加以封堵；
3.4 installation requires a sealing ring, metal gasket, with a compression nut pressing cable passes through, to ensure the sealing and cable shall not be loose, the connection is not used by application of the sealing ring and the metal gasket to seal;
3．5維修檢查時必須先斷開電源后方可開蓋；
